We’re proud to have worked with Visit Broadstairs to support the evolution of their new logo and wider brand identity, a project that captures the warmth, charm, and individuality of this much-loved seaside town.

This collaboration wasn’t just about design; it was about celebrating community. Our founder, Nathan Harding-Lee, served as Vice Chair of Visit Broadstairs for 3 years, and during that time, our team was delighted to offer our creative expertise pro bono, giving back to the place where our business and creativity have deep roots.

The Challenge

Visit Broadstairs wanted a refreshed look that reflected the town’s rich character — timeless yet modern, local but professional. The goal was to create a cohesive identity that would:

  • Strengthen Broadstairs’ presence as a vibrant coastal destination.
  • Unite local businesses under one recognisable brand.
  • Bring a contemporary edge while staying true to the town’s heritage and charm.

Our Approach

We began by exploring the town’s unique identity — its beaches, heritage, and the close-knit spirit that defines its community.
From there, we developed a new logo and brand guidelines designed to balance Broadstairs’ traditional seaside appeal with a fresh, modern visual tone.

Once the visual identity was established, we helped shape a social media and membership strategy, aligning messaging, visuals, and engagement to build consistency across platforms.

We worked collaboratively with local business owners and stakeholders to ensure the new direction felt authentic and inclusive — something that truly represented Broadstairs’ voice.
